As you may gather from the images these are just not your ordinary headphones, it’s highly recognised by the overall design with it’s simplicity, sleek, trendy retro look and well engineered headphones. I have fully complimented Jaybird on what they have achieved baring mind and take into account that Monster are dominating the audio market, Jaybird have produce something that as reinvented and designed the way we listen to our music.

Let’s forget all the previous wireless headphones that as everexisted, I can guarantee this is the experience you would want to cherish , here is an experience which as totally surprised me of any wireless headphones as never surpassed. ‘If you slightly move or walk at least 20 yard away from your device you music wont sound like it’s coming from a can’. How this is achieved by the technology inside the headset, Jaybird as reverse engineered the way sounds are streamline through your audio device in CD quality via the Apt-x bluetooth adapter which you attach to your iPod, iPad or iPhone and you will experience the best CD quality sound, speaking of quality of sounds I just can’t image what the SB2 will sound like when iTunes will release their 24 Bit quality music.

What surprises me the most is that the SB2 is built wireless, and not many wireless headphones in the current market have achieved this quality of music in my personal opinion beside the high end [inferred headphones] which are the products of the past. Therefore, for the future of simplicity this is product I would highly recommend to anyone.

Beside the bluetooth technology which surpasses Jaybird other competitors, The JayBird SB2 Sportsband over ear headphones have targeted a specific area of the active lifestyle (hence the name “Sportsband”). If you take a step back and think when you look at these headphones you see if they are the solution to listening to your tunes as they were meant to be heard!!! and if they are really built for those that do more than just sit and listen to their music then this is product for you.

Not only the bluetooth feature defines it’s uniqueness, you have an remote function on the right ear piece which will allow you to change track, play and pause as well and most importantly adjust the volume so that you can hear all that bass and treble, however, how nice it is to have this element, what has really won me over – the headset integrated microphone for calls. Yes, calls.

During my time of testing I have successfully hosted Skype calls, received telephone conversations on my bluetooth enable handset and of course it’s PS3 compatible for your Call of Duty fans…The sound as surprised me once again with the similarity to the CD quality, it almost comparable, if not, maybe much clearer.

So have I convinced you yet, maybe this may juggle your mind and thoughts a bit more..

Before Jaybird released the SB2 they had the headphones especially tested by the USA Triathlon Team the test involved there regular endurance exercise i.e. speed test, strength test whilst wearing the sports-band.

USA Olympic Team and Design

The feedback received was just unheard of, which prompted the USA Track and Field Association to immediately strike a deal with Jaybird to be audio innovators and suppliers of the USA Olympic Team for 2012 Olympics. Taking into account of that statement, means true quality and sheer nature of these headphones, as they provide excellent quality music , smooth streamline music and well simple remote control’s as well the headphone being ultra mobile.
