Review: JustBeats [ibeats] by Dr. Dre

Monster Cables and Beats by Dr.Dre have numerous products that provide outstanding audio along with a trending look.  We recently had the chance to get our hands on the JustBeats iBeats and here is the full review. Starting off you can get these headphones for $119.95 directly from Beats by Dr.Dre or any of their authorized retailers. These iBeats come in a single color of purple the box includes your headphones, manuals, and numerous ear tips that will help you achieve the best sound from your headphones.  Unlike other companies Monster Cables and Beats by Dr.Dre include many ear tips that are constructed of high quality rubber.  It is very easy to find an ear tip that fits your ear.  You also get a pouch that is very soft and will hold your headphones and ear tips and in my case my iPod Shuffle too. The pouch makes carrying these headphones very easy because you can hold your other products such as the MP3 player right along.

Monster Cables and Beats by Dr.Dre are very smart for working with Justin Bieber on these headphones.  Not only will it attract multiple audiences but they were created with Justin himself so when the fans buy these they are buying one of Justin Bieber’s creations. Moving on the sound quality and performance of these headphones now. The headphones provide great highs, lows and mids. Although these headphones are not created to isolate outside noises they do a pretty good job on blocking any external sounds. Since the wire is very thin along with the ear piece these headphones are very comfortable and light. You could use these for at least 3-6 hours straight without getting any discomfort.  Many people complained that the wire was very thin on the iBeats although this is true it does not affect the sound and the wire is pretty durable.  It would have been nice to Monster Cables non-tangle wire used in this product. For the price point of these headphones they are a great buy, but Monster sound have used a thicker cable and it was really cool that Justin Bieber work alongside on these headphones. These would be a great purchase for any avid music listener that is on the go and likes Justin Bieber’s style.

so basically all you have to say is the same as every other sucker out there, that they LOOK so good, with nice colours, and pouches, and accessorizing, and stylish, and omg it’s got Bieber on it!! He made them himself!! (right, like he is also an electrical engineer on the side. he just likes purple)

No real review of the important part, the sound quality. I quote: Well that tells us nothing really

Well that tells us nothing really. What exactly do you mean by ‘great’? Care to compare them to at the very least the other Beats range? Or maybe to some audiophile standards?

NOTE TO KIDS OUT THERE: DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON MARKETING SCHEMES AND CELEBRITY ENDORSEMENTS. GO TO TRUSTED COMPANIES WITH A RICH HISTORY OF AUDIO EXCELLENCE.
