Amongst all the instrumental/experimental music that I listen to, one name stands out. The 24 year old hales from Manchester and is a master in the craft of beat making. Star Slinger’s sampling skills and ear for groove are displayed in every piece of music he makes. This is the type of music that makes your jaw drop midway through a song and slowly begin to nod your head to the beat. I have been waiting for the day that I would be able to hear his mixing abilities and that day has finally come. I came across a mix Star Slinger did for the legendary “Fabric” mix series and it is incredible. Its so good that I thought it might be a good idea to share it with you all…Oh and to make it even cooler, he got Donald Glover aka Childish Gambino to do his intro.
