Latest PS3 Firmware causing consoles to overheat


Sony already has enough issues with their current PS3 console. After Sony released firmware 3.61 to fix the outage the now have another problem. Gamers are reporting that their console is overheating after 30 minutes to 2 hours into playing the game. Rockstar games has reported that many customers are reporting issues with the overheating while playing L.A. Noire and Grand Theft Auto IV. Those are not the only titles that are affecting the console. The problem seems to be occurring mainly with the older 60GB and 80GB models. Users are also reporting that the console beeps three times before shutting down. Sony has a lot on their plate to fix and it seems that it keeps getting worse.
